Anonymous said...: Hey Ross, and everyone else, have you had trouble with the ZF 4HP22 transmission (assuming automatic)? I'm about to pickup a 740GLE sedan TD and to my horror have read page after page of cars with that transmission having problems. Thoughts? -Jim; 8:29 AM
Mr. Winberg said...: I have had no problems with my ZF transmission. It works great, even towing a cord of wood down the freeway. It is important to adjust the kickdown cable(part of the throttle mechanism) for proper shifting.; 9:21 AM
